We are looking for an energetic and target-orientated Business Development Executive – B2 C Inside Sales to join our growing sales team in Greater Noida.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, understanding their career aspirations, counselling them on the right learning programmes and converting genuine interest into enrolments.
What You Will Do
As a B2 C Inside Sales Executive, you will manage the complete learner acquisition journey:
Connect with B2 C leads generated through digital marketing, website enquiries, campaigns, referrals and other channels.



Understand prospects' career goals, educational background, professional experience and skill requirements. Counsel prospective learners on suitable SAP, AI and Lean Six Sigma programmes. Explain course curriculum, learning methodology, trainer expertise, certification, duration, fees and career benefits. Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospective learners. Conduct timely and systematic follow-ups with interested prospects. Handle objections related to fees, course selection, timing, career outcomes and competition. Convert qualified prospects into paid enrolments. Achieve assigned monthly enrolment and revenue targets. Maintain accurate lead information, call remarks, follow-up dates and sales stages in the CRM. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on every qualified opportunity. Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth learner onboarding
