Job Description:
The General Manager will oversee the operations of a 200 Room Hotel in Indore. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of Guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Lead all aspects of Hotel Operations, including guest services, housekeeping, F& B, Front Office, Maintenance and more. Maintain the highest standards of quality and service and to curate exceptional Guest Experiences. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team. Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, growth,



and exceptional service. Guest Relations: Interact with guests, addressing concerns, and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Strive to create a personalized and memorable experience for every guest. Financial Management: Manage the resort's budget, monitor expenses, and drive revenue generation. Implement cost-effective measures without compromising on quality. Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams at Regional / Corporate Office to promote the Hotel, increase bookings, and explore opportunities for business growth. Compliance: Ensure the Hotel operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Qualifications and Experience:
