Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Pune City.

The Service

Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of conveyor and coolant management systems at customer locations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, executing troubleshooting procedures, and providing timely field service and technical support to ensure reliable equipment performance.



The role involves preparing service reports, coordinating with internal teams for spare parts and upgrades, and guiding customers on proper operation and preventive maintenance.

The Service

Engineer will also support continuous improvement initiatives, adhere to safety standards, and maintain skilled communication with customers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for mechanical and electro-mechanical systems.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer interaction.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair abilities for industrial equipment, with a focus on conveyors and coolant systems.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Hands-on experience in industrial machinery, material handling, or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use diagnostic tools, and follow safety and quality standards.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites in and around Pune and occasionally to other regions.
- Basic computer literacy for documentation, reporting, and using service-related software.
