Role Description The Service Engineer role at eZpedal is a full-time, on-site position based in Pimpri Chinchwad. In this role, the Service Engineer will perform diagnostic checks, troubleshoot technical issues, and carry out maintenance and repair tasks on Light Electric Vehicles and related systems. The position involves providing field service support, resolving customer service requests, and documenting service activities and technical findings.

The Service

Engineer will collaborate with internal teams to report recurring issues, suggest improvements, and support product reliability.



The role also includes educating customers on proper use and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for LEV systems and related components.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site diagnostics and customer support.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills for electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of electric vehicle technology, batteries, and power electronics is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage multiple service requests, and maintain accurate records.
- Comfort with using diagnostic tools, service software, and standard hand tools; two-wheeler license is an advantage.
