Position Title: Field Service Engineer

Base Location: Delhi

Primary Role:

As a Field Service Engineer, the person will be responsible for verifying proper functioning and quality control of the laboratory equipment. This position requires travelling and providing exceptional technical support to customers including application, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing issues.

:

- Recognise and communicate product issues, complaints, improvements, and resolutions.
- Test reagents in customer laboratories on new and existing diagnostic instrumentation.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance and servicing of laboratory equipment. (PCR, RT PCR machine, Centrifuges, Vortex machine, etc.)
- Provide on-site troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.
- Assist customers with meeting their regulatory and verification requirements.




- Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and parts usage.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures when working on equipment.

Job Specification:

- Good proven written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to work independently, as well as with cross-functional teams.

Qualification:

- ITI/Diploma in Electronics or
- B.Tech. Electronics.

Experience:

- 2-5 years
- Experience with laboratory equipment will be preferred.

Skills Required

- Preferably from a Life-Sciences background
- Valuable Knowledge of the domain.
- Proficient in Google, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
