- Manage procurement operations from purchase requisition to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to master data management, PO creation, and vendor communication.
- Analyze spend data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings through effective sourcing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the procure-to-pay process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in Procurement Operations or Service Delivery Specialist role.
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba or similar procurement systems; knowledge of Master Data Management principles preferred.
- Solid understanding of Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes; ability to create accurate PRs/POs using various tools such as e-procurement platforms.
