About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a reputed Automobile / Two-Wheeler Dealership in Faridabad. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding vehicle service requirements, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring timely and satisfactory service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare accurate job cards based on customer complaints and vehicle inspection.
- Explain required services, repairs, estimated costs and timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team for timely completion of jobs.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress.
- Coordinate vehicle inspection, repair, servicing and delivery.
- Prepare and explain service estimates and invoices to customers.

Pay: ₹10,340.00 - ₹24,978.96 per month
