A Service Advisor is responsible for handling customers who bring their vehicles to the service centre, understanding their concerns, coordinating vehicle repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive customers and understand their vehicle complaints and service requirements.

- Prepare Job Cards with accurate details of the customer's concerns.

- Conduct vehicle inspection and note additional repair/service requirements.

- Explain the required repairs, service work, estimated cost, and delivery time to customers.

- Coordinate with Technicians and Workshop Supervisors to ensure timely completion of jobs.

- Obtain customer approval before carrying out additional repair work.

- Monitor the progress of vehicles under service and provide updates to customers.

- Conduct a final inspection and ensure all requested jobs are completed properly.

- Prepare and explain the final invoice to the customer.

- Coordinate vehicle delivery and explain the work carried out.





- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.

- Follow Maruti Suzuki service standards, processes, and quality guidelines.

- Maintain proper records of service history, customer feedback, and job cards.

- Follow up with customers after service to obtain feedback and improve customer satisfaction.

- Achieve assigned targets related to labour, parts, customer satisfaction, service retention, and revenue.

- Promote appropriate service packages, accessories, and value-added services to customers.
