Roles and Responsibility:
To maintain and monitoring of VMware vSphere, vSAN, Linux Servers, Windows Servers, SAN Storage and Data Centers to ensure achieving of the SLAs.
Responsible for Servers L1 incidents. Providing technical support to team through meet the SLA.
Responsible for L1 support to all Linux Servers, Windows Servers, Virtualization, & Data Centers. Maintaining all Servers (All Unix Server, Windows, vmware), Windows Servers and Data centers to achieve SLA
Operational Maintenance and System Upgrade Fixing the Vulnerabilities as per the Security Guidelines Patch /Version Update/Upgrade Configuration Fine tuning Ensure Data Availability by Performing Regular Backup and Restoration Activities
Fixed on time Compliance to Patch Policy
Coordinating with Vendors like HP, VMware, Dell and Hitachi for call resolution
Supporting /coordinating with in the IT teams like Application and Networking team and other departments.
