Position: SEO Trainee

Training and Employment Details

Training Duration The training period will be 6 months, during which you will gain practical experience in SEO, digital marketing, keyword research, content optimization, link building, and website performance analysis.

Stipend

You will receive a stipend of INR 7,000 per month during the training period. This will be the net take-home amount with no deductions or hidden charges.

Post-Training Full-Time Opportunity

Upon successful completion of the training and a positive performance evaluation, you may be offered a full-time employment opportunity with the company.

Salary as a Full-Time Employee

INR 10,000 per month upon successful completion of 6 months of training.

Performance-Based Growth The full-time opportunity and future growth will be based on your performance, dedication, learning ability, and contribution during the training period.

Commitment Period A total commitment of 18 months (6 months of training + 12 months of full-time employment).

Roles and Responsibilities – SEO Trainee

- Assist with keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO analysis.




- Support on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve website visibility and rankings.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Assist with link-building and backlink activities.
- Coordinate with the content team to develop and optimize SEO-friendly content.
- Assist in identifying and implementing opportunities for website and content optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Support SEO reporting, analysis, and other digital marketing activities as required.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and HTML is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, analytical ability, and a robust willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
