We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist who has strong hands-on expertise in SEO and can independently manage SEO campaigns from strategy to execution.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, content strategy, competitor analysis, analytics, and SEO performance reporting.

You will work closely with the content, development, design, and digital marketing teams to improve organic visibility, rankings, traffic, leads, and overall search performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies based on business and client objectives.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, keyword mapping, search intent analysis, and competitor research.
- Handle on-page SEO including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL optimization, image optimization, and content optimization.
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, site architecture, redirects, canonicalization, structured data, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and page speed.
- Develop and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies focused on quality and relevance.
- Identify content gaps and work with content teams to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, backlinks, and other important SEO KPIs.
- Analyse website performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and identify opportunities for improving organic search visibility.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, search behaviour, and industry best practices.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify SEO issues proactively and recommend solutions to improve website performance.




- Work with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Work with content writers to ensure content follows SEO best practices.
- Manage multiple SEO projects and ensure deliverables are completed within timelines.
- Take ownership of SEO performance and communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities clearly.
- Mentor and guide junior SEO team members wherever required.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO and Local SEO.
- Strong understanding of Google Search and ranking factors.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar SEO tools.
- Strong keyword research and competitor analysis skills.
- Good understanding of technical SEO concepts.
- Experience in SEO reporting and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of content optimization and search intent.
- Ability to independently manage multiple SEO projects.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with content, development, design, and marketing teams.

- Understanding of GA4, Looker Studio, and SEO reporting dashboards.
- Experience in managing or mentoring junior SEO professionals.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
