Job Summary

We are looking for an SEO Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to own and drive organic search performance across Creuto digital properties. You will build and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy spanning technical SEO, content, and link building to grow organic traffic and rankings sustainably.

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, and link building.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value organic opportunities.

- Perform regular technical SEO audits and work with engineering teams to resolve issues affecting crawlability, indexability, and page performance.

- Optimise on-page elements including meta titles, descriptions, headings, structured data, and internal linking across all pages.

- Define and manage the content calendar for SEO-driven blog posts, landing pages, and resource content.

- Build and manage link acquisition programmes to improve domain authority and organic rankings.

- Monitor and report on organic performance using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.





- Stay current on Google algorithm updates and search industry developments and adapt strategy accordingly.

You Might Thrive in This Role If You

- Have 3 to 5 years of SEO experience with a proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic.

- Have deep knowledge of both technical SEO and content strategy and can operate across both.

- Are data-driven and use analytics to inform every decision about what to optimise and prioritise.

- Have worked with engineering teams to implement technical SEO fixes and understand how websites are built.

- Can independently manage an SEO programme from research through to reporting without needing hand-holding.

Bonus If You Have

- Experience with SEO for SaaS or B2B tech companies.

- Knowledge of international or multilingual SEO.

- Familiarity with programmatic SEO and scaling content at volume.

- Experience using AI tools to accelerate SEO content production and analysis.
