Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive to improve organic search visibility, increase website traffic, and support lead/conversion growth through effective SEO strategies. The candidate will be responsible for on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO activities while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Create and implement on-page SEO strategies.
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify crawl, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and site-structure issues.
- Build and manage high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
- Optimize Google Business Profile and support local SEO initiatives.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar SEO platforms.
- Identify content gaps and provide SEO recommendations to the content team.
- Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and current SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, content writers, designers,



and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
- Keyword research and competitor-analysis skills.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, website architecture, and JavaScript SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.

- Growth in organic traffic.
- Improvement in keyword rankings.
- Growth in organic leads/revenue.
- Organic conversion rate.
- Growth in qualified backlinks/referring domains.
- Improvement in technical SEO health.
- CTR and impressions from organic search.
- Local search visibility, where applicable.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant SEO certification or practical SEO experience is an advantage.
- Candidates with a strong SEO portfolio/project experience may also be considered.
