About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer who can transform complex technical information into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create technical blogs, website content, product descriptions, case studies, whitepapers, and documentation.
- Translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
- Develop SEO-optimized content and conduct keyword research.
- Prepare user manuals, FAQs, knowledge-base articles, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Technical, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Research industry trends and ensure content accuracy.
- Proofread and maintain consistency in tone and brand voice.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Content Writer.




- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of technical concepts, preferably Software / SaaS / IT products.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably WordPress.

Good to Have

- B2B / SaaS industry experience.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
