We’re looking for a Senior Visualiser who combines strong conceptual thinking and design craft with a passion for automobiles—particularly motorcycles.

You should understand what makes a motorcycle distinctive, both as a product and as an expression of its rider’s identity. An understanding of motorcycle design, riding culture, and the visual language of automotive advertising will be central to this role.

The role will focus on Digital Advertising working closely with copywriters, strategists, motion designers, and production teams.

What You’ll Do

- Conceptualise and execute visual communication for motorcycle launches, brand campaigns, product features, and always-on social content.
- Translate brand positioning, rider insights, and product benefits into compelling visual ideas.
- Develop static creatives, carousels, reel concepts, storyboards, digital ads, and campaign key visuals.
- Build a distinctive visual identity for each motorcycle, reflecting its design, character, audience, and positioning.
- Maintain product accuracy across motorcycle proportions, components, colours, graphics, branding, and model-specific details.
- Retouch and composite motorcycle imagery with realistic lighting, reflections, shadows, perspective, and surface finishes.
- Create mood boards and visual references for shoots, including camera angles, locations, lighting, rider styling, and riding gear.
- Collaborate with motion designers, editors, and CGI artists to bring concepts to life across animation, video, and 3D content.
- Ensure riding posture, motorcycle stance, gear, and movement are credible and appropriate to the creative brief.
- Guide junior designers and maintain quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery across assignments.




- Adapt campaign ideas for print, outdoor, dealership branding, and other mainline requirements.

What You’ll Bring

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within an advertising or digital agency.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, digital campaign execution, and refined visual craft.
- Working knowledge of automobiles, preferably motorcycles, including motorcycle categories, key components, styling, and riding culture.
- The ability to understand a product brief and translate technical features into clear, visually engaging communication.
- A sharp eye for motorcycle details and the ability to identify inaccurate proportions, missing components, or unrealistic depictions.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong skills in automotive retouching, image manipulation, compositing, typography, and colour grading.
- An understanding of social media formats, motion design fundamentals, and animation-ready asset preparation.
- The ability to present creative ideas, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple assignments within agency timelines.

Added Advantage

- Previous experience working on motorcycle or automotive brands.
- A personal interest in motorcycling, riding communities, motorsport, or motorcycle customisation.
- Experience supporting automotive photoshoots or developing visual direction for films.
- Knowledge to Guide Video team and AI Video team
- Experience using AI-assisted creative tools while maintaining product accuracy and visual quality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
