We are seeking a Senior UX Designer who thrives at the crossroads of design craft and AI-augmented delivery.

You'll take full ownership of experience design for enterprise agentic interfaces — conversational workflows, multi-step task orchestration, contextual interventions, and trust-calibration patterns that empower developers and knowledge workers to confidently delegate to, collaborate with, and oversee AI agents.

This isn't a "chat UI" position; you'll be crafting solutions for systems where agents retrieve information across fragmented sources, navigate governance and access constraints on behalf of users, and surface decision-ready context instead of raw answers.

Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end experience design for enterprise agentic interfaces, encompassing conversational workflows, multi-step task orchestration, and contextual interventions
- Create trust-calibration patterns that empower users to confidently delegate to, collaborate with, and oversee AI agents
- Build experiences for systems where agents retrieve information across fragmented sources and navigate governance and access constraints on behalf of users
- Deliver decision-ready context instead of raw answers within multi-agent, multi-turn interactions
- Employ conversational design principles to architect how systems convey intent, handle ambiguity, and manage repair and fallback
- Preserve coherence across interactions so the user's mental model of "who is doing what" stays clear at all times
- Shape an emerging agentic experience framework, contributing to the underlying design system, interaction patterns, and heuristics that govern agentic experiences across an enterprise ecosystem




- Ship production-ready designs alongside foundational framework contributions
- Vibe code functional prototypes and apply generative AI to rapidly test layout and content variations
- Use LLM-assisted workflows to speed up research synthesis and specification writing
- Convert ambiguous problem spaces into coherent, testable experience frameworks
- Communicate design rationale to engineering and product partners in a rapid-moving environment

Requirements

- 6-9 years of experience in UX design
- Mastery of UX/UI design tools
- Expertise in complex, multi-state interaction design backed by a strong supporting portfolio
- Understanding of conversational design principles, including dialogue scripting, ambiguity handling, repair and fallback, and multi-turn coherence
- Background in designing for multi-agent interactions where user mental models must stay clear
- Proficiency in AI-native design and prototyping tools, including vibe coding functional prototypes and generative AI for layout exploration
- Skills in orchestrating and iterating LLM-assisted workflows with sound human judgment on outputs
- Capability to convert ambiguous problem spaces into coherent, testable experience frameworks
- Competency in contributing to design systems, interaction patterns, and heuristics at the framework level
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward making rather than waiting
- Flexibility to shift between production-ready delivery and foundational framework definition
- Strong ability to communicate design rationale to engineering and product partners
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
