About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team. This is an Onsite opportunity that requires strong expertise in the US IT recruitment process, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates especially placing US Citizens. You must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Shall work in line with the Accounts Manager in fulfilling the client's IT resource requirements.

Analyze the requirements and source the right candidate from job portals, professional platforms, and employers.

Detail the opportunity to the candidate and screen their technical competency.

Negotiate the best offer and gather resume and required documents.

Work with the AM to get the interview schedules and feedbacks.





Follow up with the candidate till he accepts and joins the project.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Exceptional sourcing and shortlisting skills of highly qualified candidates through various job boards, Linked In, and references.

Proven Experience in Handling End to End Recruitment

Strong Experience in Hiring US Citizens & Green Card holders.

Good Understanding of Tax Terms W2 / C2C / C2H

Should have good interpersonal skills, written and excellent communication skills.
