? Hiring: Senior UX Designer – Banking Domain

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer with strong expertise in user experience design and proven experience working in the Banking / Financial Services domain.

? Experience: 10–12 Years (Strictly no profiles below 10 years)

? Location: Pune (No Relocation)

? Responsibilities:

- Design intuitive and user-centric digital experiences for banking applications
- Conduct user research, requirement analysis, and usability studies
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with product managers, business teams, and developers
- Apply UX best practices to improve usability and customer experience
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design solutions

? Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience as a UX Designer / User Experience Designer
- Proven experience in the Banking / BFSI domain
- Strong knowledge of User Research, Information Architecture, and Usability
- Hands-on experience with Wireframing, Prototyping, and User Flows
- Strong understanding of responsive and user-centric design principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
