About The Job:

- We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Specialist / Lead UI Engineer to collaborate with our US-based banking client.

- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in interpreting complex Figma design systems, implementing pixel-perfect UI, and guiding engineering teams to maintain UI/UX quality and usability

Essential Job Functions:

- Review, interpret, and implement detailed Figma design files and design systems into responsive UI components.

- Maintain pixel-perfect accuracy in alignment, spacing, color, typography, and accessibility.

- Collaborate closely with US client design teams, product owners, and internal developers.

- Guide frontend developers on UI best practices, responsive behavior, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

- Conduct UI reviews and provide actionable feedback.

- Ensure cross-browser/device compatibility and high UI performance.

- Conduct UI testing to ensure seamless user experiences.

- Maintain UI documentation, reusable components, and design handoff notes.

- Contribute to enhancement of design systems and component libraries.

Qualifications

- Experience: 7+yrs.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design or UI development.

- Experience working on large-scale enterprise or banking applications.





- Expert proficiency in Figma—components, auto-layouts, tokens, responsive design.

- Strong hands-on skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React/Angular/Vue.

- Experience with responsive frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and user-centered design.

- Ability to ensure pixel-perfect fidelity and design system compliance.

- Strong communication skills for working with US teams.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in banking or financial services.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.

- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines.

- Experience with UI performance optimization.

- Understanding of TypeScript, Redux, or state management tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Ability to translate design vision into actionable development tasks.

Education

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, Design, or related field.
