Position: Senior US IT Recruiter

Location: 100% Remote (Tamilnadu Candidates are Preferred)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding.
- Lead and mentor recruiters while managing daily recruitment activities and team performance.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, including sourcing, Boolean searches, and job postings.
- Solid experience with X-Ray Search and alternative candidate sourcing methods.
- Hands-on experience with CEIPAL, JobDiva, and other ATS platforms.
- Strong expertise in resume screening and visa/work authorization screening.
- Good understanding of US staffing tax terms — C2C, W2, and 1099.
- Build, maintain, and regularly update a candidate database and talent pipeline.
- Conduct team/recruitment meetings and coordinate technical and client interviews.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, submissions, interviews, and placements to achieve team targets.
- Excellent verbal, written, and email communication skills.
