Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and design systems, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into engaging and functional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability studies to understand user needs and business objectives.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design modern, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences that improve engagement and usability.
- Ensure consistency in user experience across products and platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on feedback and analytics.
- Contribute to product strategy through user-centered design methodologies and design thinking processes.
- Mentor junior designers and promote UX best practices across teams.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
