Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter / Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end IT recruitment delivery, lead a team of recruiters, and drive successful closures across Contract, C2H, and FTE requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong technical sourcing expertise, client coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced IT staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Contract, C2H, and FTE positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and Boolean/X-ray search.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, compensation, and availability.
- Coordinate with clients, account managers, and hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage candidate submissions, interview scheduling, feedback, offer negotiation, and joining follow-ups.
- Track recruitment metrics, including submissions, interviews, offers, closures, and joining conversions.
- Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Ensure quality submissions,



timely delivery, and adherence to client SLAs and TAT.
- Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

- 4–8 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within an IT staffing or RPO environment.
- Strong experience in Contract, C2H, and FTE hiring .
- Hands-on expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, and technical screening .
- Experience leading or mentoring recruiters and driving recruitment delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple technical requirements and client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to meet hiring targets and close challenging technical positions.

Good to Have

- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Exposure to recruitment reporting, ATS tools, and performance metrics.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing recruitment teams.
- Robust understanding of IT technologies and current hiring market trends.
