About Us

We are a fast-growing AI startup building enterprise AI products across multiple domains. We are building scalable, production-grade AI-powered products from the ground up and are looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Lead to help shape our engineering foundation as we scale.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building, solving complex technical problems, making architectural decisions, and working closely with founders and product teams.

If you are someone who still enjoys writing code, reviewing architecture, debugging production issues, and getting your hands dirty with DevOps while leading a team, this role is for you.

What Youll Do

- Lead and contribute to end-to-end development across frontend, backend, APIs, and services.
- Write production-quality code using Node.js, React.js, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Design and build scalable REST APIs and backend services.

*Own DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment automation.




- Work closely with product and founders to convert business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Participate actively in core development rather than only managing the engineering team.
