We are looking for an experienced Technical Designer with a strong background in joinery, woodworking, furniture manufacturing and interior fit-out to join our technical team remotely from India.

Your Role

As a Technical Designer, you will be responsible for transforming architectural and design concepts into technically accurate, buildable and production-ready solutions.

You will develop production-ready 3D/2D technical solutions for bespoke joinery and furniture, with a strong focus on manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop technical solutions for bespoke joinery, furniture and interior fit-out elements
- Prepare detailed technical 2D drawings, production drawings and manufacturing documentation
- Translate architectural and design intent into buildable and production-ready solutions
- Develop construction details, assemblies, sections and fixing principles
- Produce installation and site drawings
- Ensure technical consistency between design, engineering, manufacturing and installation
- Analyse manufacturing constraints and optimise technical solutions accordingly




- Anticipate technical issues and propose practical solutions
- Maintain accurate, complete and well-structured technical documentation
- Collaborate with our technical and production teams in Belgium

Essential requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Joinery, Furniture Woodworking, Cabinetmaking, Interior Fit-Out, Technical Design or a related field
- 5–10+ years of experience is highly valued for senior profiles
- Advanced AutoCAD proficiency - mandatory
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing, assembly, fixing and installation methods
- Ability to independently develop technical solutions, not simply reproduce drawings
- Strong understanding of materials, tolerances and production constraints
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical packages
- Comfortable collaborating remotely with an international team
