About The Job:

- We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Consultant specializing in ITOM to lead end-to-end ServiceNow engagements.

- The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically proficient, and eager to make an impact in a energetic and passionate organization.

- You will work closely with architects, SMEs, and process consultants to deliver comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on ITOM, ITSM, Discovery, and Integrations.

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead and deliver ServiceNow engagements end-to-end, with a focus on ITOM.

- Provide hands-on expertise in ServiceNow design, development, and configuration.

- Collaborate with architects and SMEs to implement and support ServiceNow solutions.

- Configure and build integrations with tools such as SCCM, SCOM, etc.

- Customize ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM and ITOM.

- Set up and configure ITOM Discovery, CMDB health dashboards, and health metrics.

- Translate business problems and opportunities into technical solutions within budget and timeline.

- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.





- Collaborate with Business Analysts/Project Managers to design and document technical solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior developers; contribute to internal IP development.

- Ensure technical solutions align with ITIL best practices and business objectives.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience.

- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping) and ITSM.

- Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Flow Designer, Scripted APIs, etc.

- Experience setting up and configuring MID servers, Discovery probes, and sensors.

- Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations in a lead consultant role.

- Solid programming skills in JavaScript, Java, or other scripting languages.

- Strong understanding and application of ITIL v3/v4 practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications (Required & Preferred):

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required)

- Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM / ITOM (preferred)

- ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification (required)

Nice to Have:

- Experience working in a global delivery model.

- Prior experience contributing to proprietary or reusable IP development.





- Ability to lead customer workshops and presentations.
