Purpose, Culture and Leadership - Align leadership and cultural programs with clients business strategy, purpose and operating model, adapting to the changing needs of their customers and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to drive efficiency and innovation.

HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards - Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, HR service delivery model, HR cloud technology as well as transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

- Lead workstreams across organization transformation, workforce strategy, career architecture, and HR transformation engagements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and diagnostics to assess current-state people processes and organizational challenges.
- Analyze workforce, talent, and organizational data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop future-state operating models, talent frameworks, job architectures, and people processes aligned to business priorities.
- Create executive-ready deliverables including assessment reports, recommendations,



business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
- Manage client interactions and serve as a trusted advisor for day-to-day project execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and client outcomes.
- Support proposal development, solution design, and business development activities for People Consulting opportunities.
- Stay abreast of market trends, leading practices, and emerging technologies in human capital and workforce transformation.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR consulting, talent transformation, organization design, or workforce strategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience handling large datasets and deriving insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing talent, career, performance, or workforce transformation solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data-driven storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
