Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for consulting and niche technology roles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT/Consulting hiring, stakeholder management, sourcing, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and hire talent for consulting and niche technology roles.
- Partner with business and delivery teams to understand hiring needs and drive recruitment strategies.
- Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.




- Manage recruitment vendors and maintain regular hiring updates and recruitment metrics.
- Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and talent availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT/Consulting Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in end-to-end lateral hiring for niche technology roles.
- Hands-on expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
