We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong exposure to international hiring, particularly in the US and ANZ markets. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring across both technical and non-technical roles within the IT services industry, coming from either a consulting or corporate recruitment background.

The role demands someone who is passionate about exploring current recruitment tools and trends, leveraging technology to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead end-to-end recruitment for international roles (US and ANZ), with flexibility to support Indian hiring as needed.

● Source and attract high-quality talent using multiple channels, including social media platforms, job boards, and talent databases.





● Conduct market research and salary surveys to understand local market trends and ensure competitive compensation benchmarks.

● Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs and deliver timely closures.

● Manage vendor relationships and build a strong external talent pipeline.

● Negotiate offers effectively while maintaining alignment with internal policies and market standards.

● Track and report key hiring metrics to measure efficiency and success rates.

● Contribute to employer branding initiatives (preferred but not mandatory).

Required Skills

● 5–10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3–4 years in international hiring.

● Proven experience hiring for both IT and non-IT roles in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong knowledge of local market dynamics, salary structures, and negotiation strategies.

● Exposure to social media sourcing and ability to leverage new-age hiring tools.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and new recruitment trends.

● Flexible to support Indian hiring during downtime in international markets.
