Role Overview We are looking for a highly analytical and structured Associate Director – Sales Special Projects& COE to drive cross-functional programs, build scalable processes, and institutionalizeoperational excellence across the organization. This role is ideal for someone from a Tier-1 engineering/tech background (IITs, NITs, BITs) ortier-1 MBA programs (top IIMs, ISB), who has experience in driving cross functional initiatives,process design,



business operations, process excellence or program management roles, eitherwithin high-growth startups or top-tier consulting firms. You will work closely with business leaders, founders, and functional heads to solve complexproblems, improve efficiency, and drive measurable impact. Key Responsibilities1.
