Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager – Stores

Location: Sector 33, Gurgaon, Haryana

Salary: ₹11,00,000 – ₹16,00,000 per annum

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Sr. Manager – Stores to lead warehouse, inventory, dispatch, and logistics operations. The role involves ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and customer satisfaction through effective supply chain management in a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Raw Material (RM) and Finished Goods (FG) inventory in SAP S/4HANA with 99.9% inventory accuracy
- Oversee end-to-end stores, warehouse, and dispatch operations for smooth material movement
- Monitor daily SAP stock vs. physical stock and report discrepancies to Head Office
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual physical stock verification and reconciliation
- Prepare departmental MIS and SCM-related reports for management review
- Manage warehouse operations including material identification, computerized inventory control, and visual management
- Investigate logistics-related customer complaints, implement CAPA, and coordinate with customers for closure
- Monitor slow-moving and non-moving finished goods; coordinate with QA, Production, R&D;, and Marketing for liquidation
- Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery of materials as per customer requirements
- Develop and implement supply chain and warehouse strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Maintain inward and outward material records with complete traceability
- Process customer returns, rejection bookings in SAP, and prepare Material Receipt Notes (MRN)
- Lead warehouse manpower, prepare shift rosters, and ensure 5S implementation




- Coordinate with Marketing team and customers for daily sales and dispatch planning
- Prepare daily dispatch plans as per customer schedules and production availability
- Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and dispatch
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO standards, and internal QMS; participate in audits
- Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) for Raw Materials and Finished Goods
- Utilize MS Office for reporting, data analysis, and presentations

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA for inventory and warehouse management (mandatory)
- Solid knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, dispatch planning, and logistics
- Expertise in stock reconciliation, FIFO implementation, and material traceability
- Good understanding of IATF 16949, ISO systems, and warehouse audit requirements
- Strong analytical, reporting, and MIS preparation skills
- Excellent leadership, manpower management, and cross-functional coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management or Operations preferred
- Minimum 8–15 years of relevant experience in Stores, Warehouse, Inventory, and Dispatch Management
- Experience in Automotive, Polymer, Plastics, or Manufacturing industry preferred
- Proven SAP-based inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination experience is mandatory
- Experience in customer dispatch handling, transport management, and warehouse process improvements preferred

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
