WEP Clinical is expanding its India team and is looking for an experienced Senior Statistical Programmer to support its global Clinical Data Management & Biometrics operations.

The role will be responsible for statistical programming activities supporting clinical trials, including data preparation, analysis, reporting and regulatory submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and validate SAS programs for clinical trial data analysis and reporting.
- Create and work with CDISC SDTM and ADaM datasets.
- Perform TLF programming and validation for clinical studies.
- Support clinical trial data analysis and regulatory submission activities.
- Collaborate with Biostatistics, Clinical Data Management and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensure programming deliverables meet applicable quality and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to programming standards, processes and documentation.





Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in statistical programming within clinical research.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAS programming.
- Strong knowledge of CDISC SDTM and ADaM.
- Experience with Tables, Listings and Figures (TLFs) and programming validation.
- Experience working with clinical trial data.
- Regulatory submission experience preferred.
- SAS LSAF experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of GCP and clinical research processes.
