Job Title: Senior Stores Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Senior Stores Executive to oversee daily inventory management, stock verification, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on store handling experience, strong material management skills, and own a two-wheeler for local coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Overseational flow of incoming and outgoing materials, ensure accurate stock entry in systems (ERP/Tally/Excel), and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Material Verification: Inspect incoming goods for quantity and damage, match deliveries against Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery challans, and coordinate returns for rejected items.
- Dispatch & Coordination: Organize safe packing and timely dispatch of materials; perform local dispatch runs or vendor visits using a personal two-wheeler when required.
- Store Audits: Conduct periodic physical stock audits, reconcile differences between system records and physical inventory, and maintain neat store organization (5S compliance).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate registers,



store issue slips, gate passes, and inventory logs daily.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in stores, inventory, or warehouse management.
- Transport: Must own a bike/two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory for local movement).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, ERP software, or Tally preferred).
- Education: Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- Key Traits: Strong physical inventory handling, integrity, punctuality, and good organizational skills.

Compensation & Job Details:

- CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
