Role Overview

We’re looking for a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to architect and build scalable, production-ready systems powering the next generation of agentic platforms and AI-driven enterprise solutions .

You will work across the complete technology stack—from Java/Spring Boot backend services and distributed workflows to React.js/TypeScript frontends —while integrating modern GenAI capabilities such as LLM agents, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration workflows .

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and scale end-to-end full-stack applications.
- Architect backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices .
- Develop high-quality frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript .
- Integrate LLM agents, RAG, vector databases, and AI workflows .
- Own API architecture and integrations with enterprise/third-party systems.
- Drive performance, reliability, observability, and security.
- Implement clean coding practices, testing,



CI/CD, and documentation.
- Contribute to platform-level architecture and technical decisions.
- Mentor engineers and establish strong engineering standards.

Required Skills
- 9+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java + Spring Boot + Microservices .
- Strong React.js + TypeScript experience.
- Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka or equivalent.
- Robust frontend architecture and performance optimization skills.
- Hands-on experience with GCP, Docker, and CI/CD .
- Experience working in a startup environment – mandatory .
- Exposure to GenAI/LLM, RAG, vector databases, or AI agents .
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
