Main Tasks & Responsibilities

- You should proactively contribute towards fulfilling your personal and team KPIs within o Timely processing of Purchase Requisition (PR), collecting internal approval, and executing according to PtP process , including PR/PO workflow, validation of PR’s against frame work agreements, contract signing and contract admin tasks

- According to the experience, execute tactical IT sourcing negotiations related to software, hardware and services category based on defined catalogues/ rate cards, and or terms and condition, such as spot buying, extensions and renewals

- Support vendor onboarding activities and offboarding activities, in alignment with relevant processes and policies, in collaboration with internal stakeholders, procurement colleagues, finance teams on correct setup of suppliers in our finance systems

- Collaborate with global IT products and services category manager, procurement professional and team to deliver an efficient and effective process





- Manage IT products and services related purchasing and contract administration and ensure that all steps and activities are executed with high level of details, integrity and compliance

- You will work with your leader to define the specific priorities of your role and individual contribution to the team KPI’s

- Work with peers and colleagues across the organisation to mature, monitor, educate and ensure adherence to procurement policies

Work Experience and Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in global and international organization , as Manager support, Procurement partner, Process owner, Legal support, contract administration, Data driven, reliable, accurate, with high sense of urgency in execution

- Curiosity, ability to learn, engaged in delivery high quality result, service minded Highest level of integrity (the work involves relationship with Supplier in the IT space)

- Ability to work in multicultural environment and Excellent English communication skills

- Experience within transactional procurement or operational purchasing is a plus.
