About The Job:

- For this role, you must have an Academic degree in Business Administration or - i Informatics or a certificated IT education min. 10+ year professional experience in IT processes and ITIL know how

- You should have practical experience of IT Service Management Processes such as software change and/or release management or application management experience

- Possess the ability to plan own workload effectively and able to multi-task across multiple assignments

- You should be a Self-motivated, with the ability to learn and work in a meticulous and organized manner

- You should have the ability to integrate with other IT functions and with peers across locations working across different time zones

- You should impact the business by the quality of own work and through the ability to deliver high quality and successful solutions within own area of expertise

- Ability to work on go-live of projects, system upgrades and other planned downtime scenarios
