About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Workday Program & Project Manager to lead end-to-end Workday implementation and migration programs across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Integrations, and Reporting. The role requires strong expertise in stakeholder management, project planning, resource management, and quality management, along with the ability to lead distributed delivery teams. The candidate will drive project execution while ensuring timelines, costs, quality, governance, and client satisfaction are maintained.
The role involves managing Workday implementation and migration programs from planning through delivery, including technical workstreams covering EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, integrations, and reporting solutions.
The Project
Manager will coordinate Agile/Scrum execution, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management across distributed teams.
The position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, HR, IT teams, vendors, and delivery teams to define requirements and solution architecture. The candidate will also own integration strategy, data migration, and interfaces with upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
The role includes monitoring project risks, dependencies, issues, financials, budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization while maintaining governance, audit readiness, and data security standards.
The Project
Manager will also lead offshore/onshore teams, mentor resources, and drive delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Workday implementation and migration programs across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Integrations.
- Manage Workday technical workstreams including EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, integrations, and reporting.
- Drive Agile/Scrum execution, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
- Manage stakeholders across business, HR, IT, vendors, and distributed delivery teams.
- Own integration strategy, data migration, and upstream/downstream system interfaces.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, and quality while developing mitigation plans.
- Track project budgets, forecasts, financials, and resource utilization.
- Lead offshore/onshore teams, support governance and compliance, and drive delivery quality and client satisfaction.
