About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Testing Specialist to lead testing activities for Workday deployments and upgrades. The role requires strong expertise across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent, US Payroll, Time, and Absence modules. The specialist will plan and execute testing activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable Workday implementations.

The role involves leading testing activities for Workday deployments and upgrades, with responsibility for developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. The specialist will apply functional, regression, and integration testing methodologies to validate Workday functionality, configurations, and integrations.

The position also includes coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, managing defects, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting resolution throughout the testing lifecycle. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain testing quality and ensure successful implementation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage testing activities for Workday deployments and upgrades.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across Workday modules.
- Validate Workday functionality, configurations, and integrations.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.




- Manage defects and collaborate with relevant teams for issue resolution.
