MISSION
Implement, integrate, and operate Master Data Management solutions, ensuring reliable workflows and access management, synchronization across systems, data quality controls, and alignment with governance standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure and develop Informatica MDM SaaS platform components including data models, business entities, hierarchies, user interfaces, workflows, business rules, and technical configurations.
- Implement and maintain integrations between MDM systems and enterprise applications.
- Develop APIs, Java-based custom extensions, and data pipelines to support master data synchronization.
- Manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support middleware teams and downstream consumers during integration and testing activities.
- Configure and optimize Match & Merge, survivorship, data quality rules, validation controls, and workflow automation.
- Manage mass data uploads for migration and bulk maintenance activities.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex data, workflow, integration, and platform performance issues.
- Optimize platform performance, batch processing, and synchronization processes.
- Support incident resolution, release planning, deployments, and environment management.
- Collaborate with Data Governance teams, Business Analysts, Architects, and application teams on master data modeling and governance.
- Integrate Informatica MDM with enterprise applications and governance platforms such as Collibra.
- Work closely with Informatica to ensure platform stability and adoption of best practices.
- Document technical configurations, integration patterns, and operational procedures.
- Drive continuous improvements in platform reliability, scalability, and implementation standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management with strong hands-on experience in Informatica MDM SaaS.
- Strong experience designing and implementing Golden Record solutions, including data models, business entities, hierarchies, relationships, Match & Merge, survivorship, workflows, and entity resolution.
- Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting complex MDM workflows, business rules, and approval processes.
- Experience developing Java (Java 8+) and Spring Boot applications with REST API integration.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills in enterprise environments.
- Experience integrating Informatica MDM with enterprise applications, APIs, and Data Governance platforms such as Collibra.
- Robust understanding of master data lifecycle, metadata management, governance, access management, and data quality best practices.
- Experience supporting SIT/UAT, production support, release management, and CI/CD pipelines using Git.
- Exposure to Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

- Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience with Tibco EBX or other enterprise Master Data Management platforms.
- Experience with Power BI, dashboard development, and data visualization.
- Experience with metadata/catalog integration patterns.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
