Role & responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using C#, .NET Core, and Web API.
- Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services following clean architecture, SOLID principles, and industry best practices.
- Implement asynchronous programming, multithreading, exception handling, and performance optimization for backend applications.
- Design and develop microservices and distributed applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain Azure cloud-based solutions using services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Storage, and Key Vault.
- Build, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML, supporting automated build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Manage source code using Git, following appropriate branching, versioning, pull-request, and code-review practices.
- Work with Cosmos DB, NoSQL databases, and SQL-based databases for data modelling, storage, querying, and application integration.
- Develop and integrate front-end components using Angular, including components, services, and RxJS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop ruby scripts or any other scripting solutions for automation, utilities, integrations, or supporting application workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, API, cloud infrastructure, and production issues.




- Implement appropriate logging, monitoring, error handling, security, and performance practices across applications and services.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, design sessions, and architectural decisions.
- Ensure development activities follow established DevOps, Agile, coding, testing, security, and deployment standards.
- Work closely with QA, DevOps, product, and other engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery of applications.
- Contribute to technical documentation and continuously improve application architecture, development processes, and engineering practices.

Preferred candidate's profile : Here is a write-up of the required skills and experience:

- 4 years+ of hands-on software development experience
- Solid proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Web API development, async programming, and SOLID principles
- Basic to intermediate experience with Ruby (primarily Pure Ruby scripts) or good exposure in any scripting language
- Experience with the Azure cloud platform, including:

- Azure Functions
- Azure DevOps (CI/CD, YAML pipelines, repositories)
- App Services, Storage, and Key Vault
- Familiarity with Git branching models, versioning, and DevOps practices
- Working knowledge of Cosmos DB or No Sql or SQL Suite etc
- Front-end exposure to Angular (components, services, RxJS)
- Strong understanding of RESTful services, distributed systems, and microservice design
