Senior Software Engineer

- Experience Range: 5–8 years
- Role Overview: Bridges hands-on software development with technical leadership. Responsible for building complex, scalable backend or full-stack applications, mentoring junior engineers, and driving architectural and code quality decisions within an agile squad.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance microservices and distributed systems.
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and optimize application performance and database queries.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering best practices in testing, CI/CD, and clean code principles.
- Must-Have Skills: Advanced proficiency in languages like Java, Python, Go, or Node.js; deep experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
