Responsibilities
- Monitor production health and alerts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve L2 application/AWS issues.
- Perform RCA and implement approved fixes.
- Support deployments and infrastructure changes through CDK.
- Coordinate with L3, AWS Support and client teams.
- Maintain incident reports and runbooks.
- Provide backup L2 support during the primary owner's absence.
