Senior Software Engineer - Azure Platform & Automation

About the Role

Quisitive is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and enhance EverWatch, our proprietary cloud operations and monitoring platform used by our Managed Services team to support customer Azure environments. EverWatch brings together Azure alerts, telemetry, logs, security insights, and operational data to improve visibility, proactive monitoring, incident response, and automation. This hands-on role will focus on modern application development, Azure services, observability, platform modernization, and AI-enabled operational capabilities.

What You Will Do

- Design, develop, and support enhancements to the EverWatch platform.
- Build modern applications and services using C#, .NET, Blazor, React.js, and Node.js.
- Develop PowerShell automation and integrations using REST and Azure REST APIs.
- Build and support Azure Functions, App Services, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics solutions.
- Improve platform performance, scalability, reliability, and telemetry ingestion.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Contribute to platform modernization, refactoring, and technical design decisions.
- Partner with Managed Services engineers to solve operational challenges through software and automation.
- Help evaluate and implement agentic AI capabilities within the platform.

What We Are Looking For

- 7-10+ years of software engineering experience,



with the ability to independently own complex development work.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, Blazor, React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong PowerShell development and automation skills.
- Experience with REST API integrations, Azure Functions, App Services, and Azure REST APIs.
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, telemetry, and observability design.
- Experience building CI/CD automation and working in modern engineering environments.
- Experience with platform modernization, large-scale refactoring, or performance optimization for data ingestion and telemetry pipelines.
- Working knowledge of Azure administration and basic Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with one or more agentic AI frameworks, such as Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.
- Experience supporting cloud platforms, SaaS products, or Managed Services environments.
- Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications.
