Location - Bangalore Role overview As a Business Development Executive - SME , you will be responsible for acquiring new business by engaging with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) looking to hire early talent. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you'll own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations, commercial discussions, and closing deals. Roles and Responsibilities | What does the job entail? ● Identify and prospect potential SME customers through outbound channels such as Linked In, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and other lead generation platforms. ● Research target accounts and engage with key decision-makers including Founders, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, and Business Leaders.



● Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring challenges and business requirements. ● Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing Superset's recruitment solutions. ● Own the complete sales lifecycle-from prospecting, qualification, demos, proposal sharing, commercial negotiations, and contract closure. ● Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update opportunities consistently in the CRM. ● Collaborate with Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience. ● Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. ● Capture customer feedback and market insights to help improve our products and go-to-market strategy.
