Role Overview Drop X Logistics is looking for an Amazon EDSP experienced Team lead to manage end-to-end last-mile operations at Perumbavoor station. The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving delivery performance, optimizing costs, and ensuring consistent service quality across all Drop X stations. Key Requirement (Non-Negotiable) Prior experience working in Amazon Last Mile EDSP Operations is mandatory. The candidate must have previous experience: • Managing Amazon EDSP (Delivery Service Partner) operations Candidates without Amazon last-mile operations experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end last-mile operations across Drop X Perumbavoor station • Drive station performance against key operational metrics and client SLAs. • Manage and improve delivery performance, productivity, and cost efficiency.



• Lead station support executives & delivery associates under the assigned shift • Execute standard operating processes across station • Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with Amazon operational requirements and processes. • Manage manpower planning, productivity, and resource optimization. • Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution. • Work closely with business and client teams to achieve growth and service objectives. Candidate Requirements • Mandatory: Previous experience in Amazon last-mile EDSP operations • 2 years of experience in last-mile logistics • Robust understanding of Amazon delivery station operations and processes. • Proven ability to lead large teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills. • Experience in cost optimization and operational improvement. • Willingness to travel extensively across operational locations.
