Come, join the packJob Summary : We are looking for someone with 3–4 years of experience, preferably with a strong background in beauty-focused D2 C brands. The ideal candidate should thoroughly understand designing for D2 C brands across digital touchpoints and be able to create high-quality, performance-driven as well as brand-led creatives. Key Responsibilities : Performance & Paid Ads: Design high-converting static, GIF,



and video ad creatives optimized for CTR, engagement, and A/B testing. Website & E-commerce Visuals: Create high-impact banners, thumbnails, and tailored assets for website, marketplaces, and partner channels. CRM & Digital Assets: Produce visually engaging creatives for Emailers, Whats App, RCS, Push notifications, and landing pages. Shoot & Direction Support: Assist in product and model shoots, including creative direction, mood boarding, layout, and basic lighting setup. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with performance marketers to analyze creative data and iterate designs in a fast-paced setting. Tools & AI Proficiency: Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects/Premiere Pro, and AI tools to leverage current design trends.
