Test Engineer (Automation) with 6-8 years of experience Required Skills & Experience for Automation Team Member

- Strong Automation Development Skills: Hands-on experience with Python, pytest, BDD/Gherkin, UI automation frameworks , and API test automation. Ability to design, develop, and execute robust automated test solutions.
- Framework Ownership & Enhancement: Proven experience maintaining Hybrid Frameworks, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing automation frameworks. Should proactively identify improvement opportunities, implement recent capabilities, and contribute to the overall maturity and scalability of the automation suite.
- Native Windows COM Expertise: Well-versed in native Windows COM (Component Object Model) technologies, with experience automating, integrating,



and debugging COM-based applications and interfaces.
- Requirements Traceability & Quality Governance: Ability to maintain end-to-end traceability from business/functional requirements to automation test cases, ensuring complete coverage and auditability throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Reporting & Metrics: Experienced in creating customized automation reports and dashboards integrated in Automation Framework instead of relying on readily available tools (e.g., Allure or similar tools) and presenting meaningful quality metrics, execution trends, and test coverage insights to stakeholders.
- Code Quality & Collaboration: Should perform timely code reviews, follow coding standards and best practices maintain high-quality, maintainable automation code.
