Hands-on AI & Automation Engineer responsible for designing, developing, integrating, deploying, and supporting enterprise AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation solutions. Works closely with architecture, business, data, and technology teams to deliver scalable and production-ready solutions.

Primary (Must have skills)* -

5-8 years overall software engineering / automation / AI experience.

5 years Python development, REST API development & integrations.

2+ years expereince in GenAI / LLM application development, Agentic AI development, RAG implementation, LLM evaluation, Observability, guardrails, error handling, and hallucination mitigation

2+ years experience in Azure Cloud experience, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Vector databases

2+ years of Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and GitHub.

2+ years of Experience with enterprise authentication (OAuth, Okta, Entra ID/RBAC).

2+ years of Experience developing and deploying enterprise applications across Development, UAT, and Production environments.

2+ years of Exposure to AI solution testing, guardrails, error handling, and hallucination mitigation techniques.

As a Generative AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, and Azure cloud services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into intelligent, production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, ML, and automation solutions.
- Build scalable applications and services using Python and modern frameworks.
- Develop AI agents using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and tool calling capabilities.
- Integrate solutions with enterprise applications such as Databricks, SailPoint, Okta, Salesforce, SAP, Anaplan, ServiceNow, and Power BI.
- Develop solutions using Azure services including Azure OpenAI.
- Work with Databricks data pipelines and datasets.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Support deployments across Dev, UAT, and Production environments, Troubleshoot application, integration, infrastructure, and data issues.
- Prepare solution design, deployment, testing, and support documentation.
- Provide regular updates on risks, dependencies, progress, and blockers.
- Azure services such as Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Key Vault
