Role Description: 1 Deliver Tactical and strategic improvements and has very valuable knowledge on Backend Java Development using Microservices for creating REST API's

2 Design & develop high performance Java based backend systems and enterprise applications adhering to the best practices and ensuring scalability across applications.

3 Collaborate with cross functional teams including Front-end Developers, DevOps, QA and Business Analyst to define requirements and deliver solutions

4 Strong understanding of SQL, NoSQL databases and ORMs

5 Experience with Agile methodologies - Scrum, Continuous integration, TDD

6 Strong Knowledge of Java 8 & higher

7 Strong communication and documentation skills, ability to excel in a short timeframe under short sprints

8 Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Must-Have: Hands-On Java Development Experience, should be good on Collections, Multithreading, Error Handling and Transaction Management, must have working experience on Spring Boot, Microservices & Hibernate.

Good-to-Have: Kafka, Azure, Dev Ops, Docker, Kubernetes
