Senior Social Media Manager Agency Building & Growth

We are looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to take end-to-end ownership of digital marketing operations, client acquisition, team leadership and business growth.

The role will initially manage digital marketing for Pixelonics and selected businesses, while helping build a scalable and revenue-generating digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Handle founder/executive LinkedIn profiles and personal branding.
- Plan content, campaigns and marketing calendars.
- Manage client communication, meetings, presentations and account relationships.
- Build, hire and lead the digital marketing team, including designers, content writers, video editors and marketing executives.
- Establish team workflows, SOPs, KPIs and quality standards.
- Develop lead-generation and client acquisition strategies through LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, networking, referrals and digital campaigns.
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting meetings proposals conversion onboarding retention.
- Develop service packages, pricing and recurring-revenue strategies.
- Track marketing performance, leads, conversions, client retention and revenue.

Agency Growth & Revenue The candidate will be responsible for developing a practical 30/60/90-day roadmap covering:





- Target market and ideal clients
- Services and pricing
- Team structure and hiring
- Lead-generation strategy
- Client acquisition and sales process
- Revenue and recurring-revenue targets
- Client retention and growth

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate how they would generate leads, secure meetings, acquire clients and build sustainable agency revenue.

Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of experience in digital marketing/social media.
- Strong digital marketing agency experience preferred.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and lead generation.
- Experience managing multiple clients/accounts.
- Experience building or managing marketing teams.
- Robust LinkedIn marketing and personal branding knowledge.
- Excellent client management and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Strong business-development and revenue mindset.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership.
