Job Title: Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Location: PAN India

Experience: 6–10+ Years

Pay Rate: 20 LPA to 22 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable and effective ITSM processes, customizations, integrations, and automation capabilities aligned with business requirements.

Mandatory Certifications:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITSM applications.

- Implement and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management modules.

- Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications.

- Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.





- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing platform support.

- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and platform optimization activities.

- Create technical documentation, design documents, and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules:

- Incident Management

- Problem Management

- Change Management

- Request Management

- Service Catalog

- Knowledge Management

- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

- Experience with Service Portal and Employee Center customization.

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
